"The other day I was a passenger in my friend’s car and while we drove up through the winding streets of Silverlake, I hadn’t realized that we had already made it back to my own neighborhood. I was happily peering out at all this “new” stuff around me. I was so used to the route that I’d taken, that I didn’t realize only a few blocks from my place were cafes, restaurants, little bungalows that I’d never seen before. Had I just decided to take a couple different streets, I could see my neighborhood in a completely different way. It got me thinking- EVERYTHING in your life can be seen from various different angles- have you ever sat on the floor of your kitchen and thought…this looks like a completely different house from down here? Have you ever gotten incredibly frustrated with a project, but then you sleep on it and come back with “Fresh Eyes” and the project has new life all of sudden? On a small scale, we want you to take what you’re doing RIGHT now and see it from a different angle…
Take a photo of where you are RIGHT this second. Except, shift your perspective, what do you see? Write your revelation in one sentence"
