Lake of the Fairy in the valley of the Rizzanese, was said to be the scene of a strange story involving a fairy and a man named PAOLI of Olmiccia
One day he was walking along the banks, Poli stopped amazed. At the edge of the waterhole was called thereafter Lavu A DI FATA (Fairy Lake) or TUFONE DI A FATA, he noticed a fairy who came to wash, then ran like a snake in a slot dug by the vortices.
He ends up falling in love with one who, every morning he came secretly to visit and asked her to marry him. It was moved and agreed to marry him but on one condition:
-That Paoli no attempt, during their married life, to know how she ate and drank .... Poli accepted ....
During years they lived happily and had three sons and three daughters. But one day, alas, curiosity prevailed. Poli had broken his promise, the fairy disappeared by taking her three daughters.
